The unit here is nicely decorated and includes a spa bath in the main bedroom as well as a spa bath tub and a king-sized bed.

Thoroughly enjoyed Coffs Harbour, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and magical lovely to have access to the beach. Views of the moon were fabulous, the room was modern and neat. The location was great for our trip.

The location in an absolutely stunning area was marvellous and beautiful and there were the main shopping centre and shopping malls nearby. The staff was friendly and took care of us. Had a deluxe queen room, and we greatly enjoyed it.

The location was marvelous, really close to other attractions like the beach at Coffs Harbour. It was 2 km away from the Big Banana.

The surrounds, beautiful & relaxing. Bar area & restaurant were superb & comfortable with the lounges overlooking ocean. Most excellent.

Spas in pool area - particularly the one near reception. Was cold, also indoor spa was cold & in the kids area was barely warm. Was actually disappointed in this as never been to a resort before where spa's were cold.

Every detail was great and I enjoyed it. At the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious at the water.

We had a fantastic time here, the location was beautiful and convenient, and we enjoyed having drinks at the poolside bar.

Great location right on a beautiful beach

The lower rooms on a split level apartment can be very noisy if there are people staying in the upper level. Sound of people walking above you on wooden floors, sliding doors, banging about in kitchen. Ask for a room that isn't on a lower level of a split level apartment

It was very relaxing. The scenery was beautiful and the gardens were immaculately kept.

We thought it was too spread out. Our room was too far from reception, which is where most things were located. The room itself needed more family friendly things, like plastic plates and cups for the kids to use, it was tiled throughout, so not very kid friendly. We'd like to have been told too that our 3 bedroom unit was in fact a 2 bedroom unit with a seperate 1 bedroom unit next door to us. Luckily our 18yr son and his girlfriend were with us and had the use of that room, there's no way I would've put our other children into that room though, as it was seperate and had it's own key needed to enter it.

This place is conveniently located and has helpful staff who offered laundry services, wake-up calls, and ironing, plus a delightful restaurant for dinner.

The room we paid for was a jucuzzi room but the bath did not work. we couldn't get a discount on the room because it was paid through ur company. I'm the morning the buffet breakfast was broken so hardly any of the food was out. was not happy at all

The building is beautiful and the rooms are well-appointed with good laundry, spa bath plus a shower. The staff are very efficient and customer-facing, managed the parking on-site.

The location was brilliant, the accomodation was really good too. I would definitely return.

The design of the resort means that visitors balconies are facing each other, which can contribute to noise depending on the neighbours. The resort may want to remind visitors to be mindful of their neighbours.

The location and pools are great. View from the restaurant is fabulous, food was also lovely.

The resort is tired and in need of a refurbishment. Several pieces of the gym equipment did not work. Error was made with our booking so we did not have the correct accommodation we requested on the first night. Staff worked hard to correct the situation but unfortunately the room we were given was not directly managed by them and was not well maintained - dead cockroaches, spiders, broken window minimal facilities. My mother stayed in a hotel room accommodation which was in a better condition.
